Passionate Chef/Pastry Chef/ Artist

I am a classically trained Chef, I studied at Robert Morris University in Chicago and obtained my Associates in the Culinary Arts. I focused my career as a Pastry Chef, which I practiced in well known restaurants throughout Indiana as well as Chicago. At 21 I started my first busines SweetAprilE's where I focused my business catering to the needs of my clients for special events including: Weddings, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and more. My specialties were cakes, cheesecakes, and any pastry you can dream up. I then moved to Raleigh, NC and started ChefApe where I focused on catering to mostly local families wanting help with weekly family meals delivered fully cooked, fresh, and hot to your door. I have also hosted in home private dinner parties as well as weekend catered events on site. Besides my chef work, I spend my free time painting watercolors, acrylics, oil, mixed media, and teaching in a private lesson format.
