Professional Chef & Baker
I'm a professional Chef and Baker since 2009. I've worked in restaurants, bakeries and resorts. I do Research & Development for small LLC. I'm here to develop a menu for you and get to know your flavor personality for dessert. My on going food studies take me to understand of how to adapt foods to tastes, diets, cultures etc. I enjoy exploring for new and exciting means to enhance meals with fresh ingredients and plating arrangements.
