Get to know me better

From passion to plate, a dish is something for the soul.

I was born and raised in south Carolina USA, on a blueberry farm of all places. At a young age I was tought the importance of sustainable living, working with nature and the value that comes from creating something with your own hands. This transferred to the dinner table, as I helped my mother in preparing food, I found my calling.

I began working in restaurants at the age of 14 and haven't stopped since.. My path took me to Europe when I was 19. There I worked as a head chef, catering mesteri, and private chef before opening my own company in 2021.

Throughout this entire experience, my passion for cooking has grown only stronger, and I am excited to see what the future has in store.
