For the last almost 20 years, I have worked in a variety of kitchens. Ranging from a family owned Greek restaurant, to achieving the title of Chef at a major Steak house, I have picked up many tools along the way. I am from Chicago originally, and I believe that shows in my culinary diversity. Food is my happy place.
