I am a native Houstonian. I have been cooking professionally for over 14 yrs. I’ve cooked in great restaurants in Houston. Uchi, Pesce, Brennan’s. Just to name a few. I have traveled across the country and cooked at some of the best restaurants there from. Chicago, to San Francisco to New York. I’ve also cooked in Copenhagen and Peru. I have a wide range of cuisines on my repertoire.
