Chef Brian and his partner were unbelievable! They were beyond professional but also so friendly and charismatic. They not only made amazing food but they left the kitchen like they weren’t even there. This experience is something I’ll remember for a lifetime. Thank you so much and HIGHLY recommend.

Chef Brian did a fantastic job for us! We have a special group of friends who get together a few precious times a year and we're always looking to find something a little different to do. Everyone raved about the incredible food, the service, the presentation, how engaging Brian and Manny were, and last (but not least) how amazingly neat and clean everything was afterwards. Chef Santos created a truly memorable experience for our family. They arrived on time, were personable and engaging. They shared stories with our family while they prepared our meals and we learned about cooking techniques and trends. The meal was amazing as each course was exquisitely plated and provided a depth of flavor that left everybody satisfied. If you are looking to create a special night at home, Brian is your man.
