Spent many years honing my skills, & I have something I'm very proud of to show for it.
I'm a professional level chef (though not employed as one at the moment) with about 15 years experience in the professional realm, and many more as an amatuer prior. I've managed several kitchens around the Houston area, owned a food trailer for 2 years, and have about 5 years experience doing caterings at all different levels. I'll eat just about anything and as a result, have extensive knowledge regarding ingredients, building flavor, and methodology.
