Booked a dinner for 2 with Chef Bruce as a date night for two new parents and it was a great experience. Communication before the dinner was clear and the menu clearly presented, with Chef Bruce making some modifications to our taste. He was punctual and friendly, clearly explaining what ingredients and preparation went into each dish. The food was delicious (especially the mousse), and he left our kitchen cleaner that it was when he started. 5/5 chef points, would do again.
