I am currently The Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at Lucia at Berndus Lodge & Spa in Carmel Valley.
As you will see from the enclosed resume, I have nearly fifteen years of experience in the kitchen, ten years in fine dining, and five years in management. I have been consistently rewarded for hard work with promotions and increased responsibilities. I always do my best to work fast, with finesse, and I constantly strive to improve in every area of my craft and career. I am fair and respectful of staff and nurture collaboration and creativity.
