California grown and made from scratch.

I am the owner and founder of Callalily Catering Company, with a culinary journey that began in Northern California, where I grew up experimenting in the kitchen and drawing inspiration from backyard ingredients and local farmers markets. Those early experiences shaped my deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal, and thoughtfully sourced food.

For the past 10 years, I have led kitchens in a variety of places, from California, where I first discovered my love for cooking, to Honduras and Quebec, where I helped launch multiple restaurants and immersed myself in the local cuisines. These international experiences have broadened my perspective and continue to influence my creative approach.

I am inspired to reimagine household favorite recipes with a fresh outlook, keeping my food creative, deeply flavorful, and comforting. As a chef, bartender, and baker, I prepare everything from scratch, always prioritizing fresh, local ingredients. My goal is to create memorable, feel-good dining experiences that reflect care, quality, and passion in every detail.
