My culinary journey has taken me across the country, from bustling city kitchens to intimate fine-dining experiences, refining my craft and learning the art of combining technique with heart. Along the way, I trained in classical French cuisine, mastering the precision and discipline that allow me to elevate every dish I touch.
Today, I’m back in Austin, bringing everything I’ve learned to create food that’s vibrant, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in the flavors of the Southwest. I cook for people who love to savor each bite, blending the rustic warmth of West Texas with the finesse of French technique, and crafting experiences that feel both personal and unforgettable.
