I am a dedicated chef with a lifelong passion for the restaurant industry. Born in New Jersey, my culinary journey began at a very young age, cooking at home with my dad. This early immersion in the culinary arts continued through high school, where I attended a half-day culinary program. My dedication led me to the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, where I graduated at the top of my class. Since then, I have had the privilege of working at some top restaurants and for celebrity clientele, continually honing my skills and creativity. I thrive on bringing joy to others through my culinary creations. Outside the kitchen, I enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking, and hanging out with my friends, embracing the outdoors and social connections as much as I do my profession.
