I'm Charlotte, a French expat based in Salt Lake City, UT. I grew up loving to be in the kitchen of our backcountry house in France, learning from my grandmother and mother how to make a marbled chocolate cake or how to flip crepes on the pan. We never ate out and we would cook everyday. When I moved out of the family home, having a good kitchen was definitely a big criterion for me to keep cooking and baking as I needed and experimenting new recipes.

After an exhilarating 18 months World Tour with my husband, we settled in SLC at the beginning of 2019 and I was so happy to have a fully equipped kitchen again! I made sure to get my daily dose of kitchen time, always preparing something for my husband and me, or for our dog Lulu! Over the years we've built an awesome community of friends and I never miss an opportunity to throw a big dinner for everybody. At some point, I realized that cooking was actually my favorite thing to do. No matter the circumstances or my mood. I really want to share my love for food and cooking, with no pretension, with whoever wants some yummy food cooked for them on demand or needs help with this daily task.
