As a polyglot who's lived in several countries, I use my expertise and unparallelled cultural familiarity to really nail down what you're looking for and to represent you on each plate. I can easily accommodate most food restrictions and give you unmatched creativity on your plate. I love fusing foods. Ethiopian spices in a Nicaraguan dish? I'm your chef. Finally, I am a Jamaican who grew up with organic, farm-fresh and very minimally processed foods, who grew up seeing dairy and meat cows grazing full time, I intimately understand the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
