Chef Tharren worked with me advance to mix and match dishes to design our evening. He was on time, even a bit early, and served eat delicious and beautiful dish with an explanation of what it was. At the end he sat with us for a bit and shared his story with becoming a chef, influences, and some fun facts we asked about. He is super personable, and when he left, every spec of dirt and dish in the kitchen was clean and put away. We loved our chef experience!

Chef Tharren and his sous chef were fantastic. They jumped right into gear when they arrived and confidently led the way through the evening so that no one had to worry about a thing. They were incredibly flexible and professional. It really did feel like going to a restaurant in our own home. The food was delicious. Our only complaint was that we didn't have enough room in our stomachs to eat every last bite! (But they boxed up all the leftovers!). Next time we might go for the 3 course rather than 5 course meal. The food was gorgeous and delicious. They knew just when to introduce a new course. They kept our glasses full. Chef Tharren told us a bit about each dish, and we enjoyed every interaction we had with him. We were totally amazed to find that all of the dishes were cleaned and put away after the meal. Unbelievable! Thank you!!

Chef Tharren was fantastic!! We had him on back to back nights. He made incredible dishes, was very professional, described every dish and the kitchen was spotless each night when he left. Would have him again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!

Chef Therran was absolute best! His food was amazing... everything from the lobster deviled eggs, to the salad, to the steak and grouper and finishing with a tiramisu! Still dreaming of it all! And he was so friendly and such a joy to be around! Highly recommend using him!

Chef Tharren (T) is absolutely amazing!!!!! He provided an incredible dining experience for a VP and her direct reports for the holidays. The comments from myself and the attendees were "this was the best I've ever had", "we need his contact information for our personal events". One person commented that other crabcakes and stuffed mushrooms will live up to what Chef T prepared. I could not have asked for anything better. He was communicative, professional, and a delight to interact with while he cooked for us.

Chef Tharon was helpful in explaining the process to a new user, arrived on time as discussed, brought all the supplies and ingredients, and prepared amazing food for the night. Like his pictures, the food he prepared looked and tasted amazing. My wife and I were already impressed with his culinary background and it was displayed through the 4-course meal. We also appreciated his attention to detail in cleaning up afterwards and making sure we had full the fine dining experience. In short, Chef T was amazing. I am looking forward to booking him again for another event and have already recommended him to my friends in the area.

Chef Tharren's French Quarter menu was so decadent! We could all taste the thought, heart, and personal flair he put into each dish. Every single bite was filled with an incredible depth of flavor! We were blown away! On top of all of that, it was clear that Chef Tharren and his team truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience super special! From the beautiful dining table setting to the eloquent explanations of each dish, everything was perfect! Last, but not least, Chef Tharren's team cleaned up so quickly and left the kitchen sparkling! It was an exceptional dining experience from start to finish!
