I am a very passionate chef who loves to make people happy. I have been in the industry over 10 years working in a number of hotels and restaurants located in Chicago and Charlotte. I have traveled to Florence, Italy where I’ve cook with Italian chefs and learned their dynamics. I have mastered a range of cooking styles that speaks through the taste of food presented to you.
