I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years with front and back of house experience. I pride myself in delivering delicious meals that please all types of tastes. I have held several different positions from server to fry cook to chef. I love finding ways to recreate and modernize dishes I grew up on.

The age of 5 when my disabled grandmother would have us bring all the items to her table to help prepare. As I got older I would have to cook it also.

A cooking secret...

Is being prepared. Making sure I have everything before I get started and having a plan in my mind to execute the meal.
