I am a professional chef with over 5 years of experience in the culinary industry. I studied Culinary Arts at a university in Venezuela, specializing in kosher cuisine. In the United States, I worked in renowned restaurants in Orlando, including valuable learning in the Disney kitchen. I have also been a pastry chef for a well-known bakery chain in Orlando and a private chef for exclusive clients. My focus is on creating innovative, high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients, always delivering memorable dining experiences that respect each guest’s dietary preferences.
