I'm a research scientist/professional with over 14 years in healthcare/patient settings, and a doctorate in health sciences. Creating nutritional, delicious meals is my creative passion and I'm always looking for the perfect flavor combination to bring your meals to the next level (often with a fun dose of culinary history or street food stories from abroad). My standard range mainly includes seafood, lots of veggies, and a variety of grains. I understand the importance of making every meal memorable, and I strive to make sure each dish is fresh, flavorful, and above all else, delicious.
