Always a go-getter and leader by nature, and that shows in my food and how I present and deliver my services.
Chef and cook by hobby, also professionally. Basically learned to cook around the same time I learned to walk. I have a very varied background in my professional work history, but food service and culinary has always been a part of it. Outgoing and extroverted, always looking to be a great host, and put some smiles on some faces with the plates I set on the table. I also don't consider myself an expert, because there's always more to learn. That should go for anyone.
