Get to know me better

I aim to please and strive to be the best chef I can be.

I am a professional chef of 15 years and have worn many hats in the hospitality and culinary sphere. Throughout my career, I have worked in various culinary environments, starting from mass-production kitchens and bakeries, to catering special events, and personal chef meal prep services. This diversity has allowed me to develop a wide range of culinary skills and adaptability to operate in different kitchen settings.

One of my notable experiences was being the Lead VIP Chef for Universal Studio Hollywood's most exclusive restaurant in the park; a private gourmet lunch buffet catering to guests participating in The VIP Experience Tours, celebrities, and other high-profile visitors of the theme park.

During the pandemic, I worked as a personal chef for private micro-catering events, vacation rentals, dinner parties, and meal prep. This allowed me to further enhance my skills in catering to individual client requests and creating memorable culinary experiences.

I've worked high profile events and awards shows such as the BET awards, Emmy's, Grammys, Universal movie premieres and press events. A personal high for me was doing the SAG awards with Curtis Stone.

Currently I work hotel banquets at the Ritz-Carlton/JW Marriott, a dual luxury hotel property where we execute various banquet events for an assortment of businesses, corporate conventions and company expos. We exclusively host and feed the visiting away teams of professional sports organizations from the NBA, NHL, MLB, FIFA, and collegiate sports teams during their stay in LA.
