Chef ET is a hardworking, classically trained culinary professional with 18 years of experience, recognized for his deep knowledge of food, uncompromising attention to detail, and unwavering passion for flavor, presentation, and design. Guided by a lifelong devotion to the culinary arts, his greatest fulfillment comes from creating moments of joy and connection through food. His mission is clear and intentional: to consistently exceed expectations by delivering exceptional taste, thoughtful design, and creative execution in every experience.

Rooted in French fine dining, Chef ET draws inspiration from the freshest ingredients and locally sourced produce to create elevated farm-to-table cuisine. His culinary versatility allows him to move seamlessly across cuisines and concepts while maintaining precision, balance, and excellence. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience and mentorship under master chefs, his foundation is built on discipline, refined technique, and innovation.

Chef ET’s expertise was shaped in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens. He executed flawless service for the global elite during five years at The Masters Tournament at Augusta National, refined his command of smoke and live-fire cooking under Chef Victor Albisu at Del Campo (Esquire’s Best New Restaurant), honed classical French technique under Certified Master Chef Joachim Buchner at Chevy Chase Country Club, and expanded his modern culinary perspective under Michael and Brian Voltaggio at Estuary in Washington, DC.

Throughout his career, Chef ET has been trusted to cook for high-profile clientele across sports, entertainment, and culture, including Fantasia, Marlon Wayans, Tiger Woods, Jamal Woodland, Clifford “T.I.” Harris, and Adrian Broner, among others. These experiences have shaped a chef whose work balances sophistication with soul—delivering refined, memorable dining experiences where every plate tells a story.
