Chef Eric Green is THE MAN! We had dinner for 6 of us on vacation for me and my wife's 14th wedding anniversary. Me and Chef figured out the menu together and I made a few small requests that he executed perfectly. He showed up right on time and made 5 Star Resturant quality surf and turf. I would suggest him to anyone. His surf and turf was cooked perfectly, the she-crab soup was the best we have ever had (and we have had a LOT) and he totally stuffed us with the chocolate tart that we could not stop eating. BOOK CHEF GREEN if you get the chance.

Chef Eric was fantastic! The food was amazing and chef was very discreet in the kitchen and served the most amazing dishes for our special occasion. Highly recommended.

For our 35th anniversary, the entire family was together for a beach vacation. As a treat, we had Chef Eric come to our home and prepare an amazing meal. Although he arrived late due to ridiculous traffic on Hilton Head Island, he immediately went to work to prepare a meal fit for royalty. The appetizers of coconut shrimp and Burrata with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette was outstanding! He then followed it with a Caesar salad. The entrees of grilled shrimp linguine was by far as good as anything I’ve had even in Italy , the filet and lobster was cooked to everyone’s liking and all served at the same time. Dessert consisted of a dense strawberry cheesecake that we all agreed was one of the best we have ever tasted, and last but not least, the bread pudding with crème anglaise got short changed because no one had any more room to even give it a try. The meal made for a great anniversary dinner, and we were truly spoiled by Chef Eric. Hope we are fortunate enough to do it all again sometime soon.

My family (six of us) had Chef Eric come for a birthday dinner for my father and we had a great time. The 6 course meal he prepared exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend his bread pudding! The one critic I would note is that we would have liked to hear a bit more of the story around each course as he was serving us, but he was more than happy to answer our questions along the way. He is a basketball fan, as are we, so while we watched the Duke/UNC basketball game (Coach K's final game) it was fun to chat hoops with him.

We had Chef Green and his partner join us for NYE and they prepared an absolutely amazing meal for my family of 12. They were extremely personable and accommodating as we had requests specific to children that they made sure they took care of. Some of the highlights were Chef Eric's coconut shrimp, clam chowder, salmon, surf and turf, and the to-die-for bread pudding! The preparation, quality and cleanup were top notch and the personality and conversation were great bonuses. I would highly recommend Chef Eric for any of your upcoming events. We will definitely have him back!

Chef Eric Green was efficient, fun, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a show and dinner in our kitchen. We celebrated a special occasion in this new and different way, and would love to do it again! Sincerely, Margaret and Paul Alexander
