Worked in hospitality industry for 15 years. I've worked in Houston, Tx and the East Coast. Worked casual, fine dining, bistros, upscale lounges, and my families kitchens. I've always presented myself willing to learn and showcase my love for food by studying, asking questions, attempting, & creating beautiful memories while doing so.
