A lifelong passion for cooking, hospitality, and bringing people together around the table.
For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my career to creating exceptional culinary experiences that bring people together around the table.
My journey has taken me through luxury hotels, international cruise ships, award-winning restaurants, private residences, and culinary destinations across the world. Along the way, I trained at The Waterside Inn, the legendary three-Michelin-star restaurant founded by Michel and Alain Roux, where I refined the discipline, precision, and attention to detail that define great hospitality.
But some of my most valuable lessons did not come from Michelin-starred kitchens. They came from Italian nonnas who taught me the importance of simplicity, patience, and respect for ingredients, and from Mexican mayoras whose wisdom, intuition, and deep connection to tradition revealed the true soul of cooking.
Throughout my career, I have led culinary teams, developed restaurant concepts, and participated in the creation of internationally recognized destinations, including Palmaïa, The House of AïA, a wellness-focused resort recognized with Two Michelin Keys.
Today, as a private chef, I combine classical technique, global experience, and heartfelt hospitality to create personalized dining experiences tailored to each client. Whether it is an intimate dinner, a family celebration, a wellness retreat, or a special occasion, my goal is always the same: to create food that feels both memorable and meaningful.
While I am widely recognized for my expertise in plant-based and wellness cuisine, my culinary style is highly versatile and includes Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian, French, and contemporary international cuisine.
I believe that great food is more than a meal. It is a story, a memory, and an opportunity to bring people closer together.
