A former 3-Michelin Star chef who is as comfortable preparing a 21-course tasting menu dinner as he is a family style dinner for a Tuesday night!

I am a professional chef with over a decade of experience. I began my career in some of Philadelphia's most acclaimed restaurants, including the James Beard Most Outstanding Restaurant in the Country, Zahav, before traveling to California to work at the 3-Michelin Star / World's 50 Best Restaurant, SingleThread. Most recently I have been the Chef de Cuisine of one of Pittsburgh's most notable and longest tenured restaurants, Morcilla.

My most passionate area of interest is in fine-dining, but I am just as comfortable preparing a chef-driven tasting menu as I am preparing healthy and delicious comfort food for a quiet family weeknight dinner, like I do for my own family.

I pride myself on being reliable and respectful to all of my clients, and I promise to provide solutions to any challenges with a smile on my face!
