Gerardine has always had a great love for food from a young age. She began cooking at the age of 13 with her mother. At the age of 20 she enrolled into The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, she graduated with an Associate's and Bachelor's degree.
Gerardine's hope and desire is to be able to show her love and passion for food in the meals she creates. She hopes her food will exhibit the joy and love she has for food!
