I am an international professional chef with 16 years of experience in the culinary industry. Born and raised in Italy, I studied culinary arts there and built a strong foundation rooted in technique, discipline, and respect for quality ingredients.

Throughout my career, I have worked and traveled across Europe, gaining experience in upscale dining environments and refining my approach to international cuisine. For over 12 years, I have specialized in high-end gastronomy, focusing on precision, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

In addition to restaurant leadership, I have organized large-scale cooking classes for more than 120 guests, hosted private chef’s table experiences, and participated in cooking demonstrations and shows. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with guests while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

I am currently Head Chef at a five-star hotel in Houston, a role I have proudly held within the same company for the past nine years. My leadership combines technical excellence with strong team management and a deep commitment to hospitality.

Before dedicating myself fully to the culinary world, I began my academic journey in law. However, I soon realized that my true calling was in the kitchen. Cooking is not simply my profession; it is my passion and the place where I feel most inspired and fulfilled.
