I have spent the past 15 years traveling across the country as an executive chef and consultant, helping restaurants refine their menus, improve operations, and elevate their culinary identity. I was trained in classic French technique, which has shaped my foundation, discipline, and respect for detail in the kitchen.
Although San Diego is home, my heart is deeply connected to the cuisine of Mexico — its flavors, culture, and richness inspire much of my cooking today.
