Chef Jabril Riddick

Jabril Riddick is an entrepreneur, culinary consultant, and Executive Chef at Pinstripes Inc., where he leads a team of chefs and cooks in delivering an all-scratch menu focused on Italian-American cuisine. He attended the Culinary Institute of Houston and completed an apprenticeship under one of Houston’s leading culinary figures, building a strong foundation in technique, leadership, and kitchen operations.

His education and experience have led him to serve as an Executive Chef, Regional Chef, and Culinary Lead at several well-known establishments throughout the Houston area. These roles, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, inspired him to bring his own vision to life through the creation of a personal chef and catering company, where he offers customized, high-quality dining experiences.

Throughout his career, Chef Jabril has had the privilege of creating many styles of cuisine, but he holds a special love for Caribbean food, a passion cultivated at an early age by his grandmother. He credits her with opening his eyes to the joy of cooking and the power of food to bring people together.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Jabril enjoys cooking at home with his wife and son, singing at his church, and using his talents to give back to his community. His approach to cooking is rooted in passion, purpose, and a genuine desire to create meaningful and memorable experiences through food.
