Hello! I am a chef here in the Appalachian Mountains. I am self-taught and have been creating exotic and creative creations in the kitchen for 8 years. I specialize in Nu-fusion, Scicilain, Southern Style, and Seafood dishes. I also deal in wild game cuisine and vegan dishes as well! Whatever you're in the mood for I can make it!
