Hey there! I'm Jake, and I've been around the culinary block for over three decades, working everywhere from boutique hotels to big-name restaurants. You name it, I’ve probably cooked there or led a team there. Along the way, I’ve honed a style that’s rooted in classic French techniques but splashed with global flavors, because let’s be honest—variety is the spice of life.

These days, I’m bringing that wealth of experience right into people’s homes as a personal chef. I’m all about creating those memorable dining experiences that feel like a little piece of the James Beard House landed right at your table. And yeah, cooking at the Beard House in New York was one of those bucket-list moments that I’m pretty darn proud of.
