An experienced Executive Chef with over 20 years of hospitality experience. I have worked in world-renowned resorts, the James Beard wining Chef Todd English and Food Network’s Chef Robert Irvine. I have been a featured chef at the Hilton Head Island Wine and Food Festival and was recently features in the May edition of Local Life Magazine.

Direct all culinary operations for the award wining private golf club and community. Refocused menu offering to feature local product and produce grown on site in our own gardens.

The Sea Pine Resort, Executive Sous Chef ( April 2015 – March 2017 )

Oversaw the a la carte culinary operation of eight restaurants for the renowned resort and host of the PGA tournament, The Heritage. Directed the culinary staffs for Coast, The Links: An American Grill, Fraser’s Tavern, The Quarterdeck, Burgers and Brews, Harbour Town Bakery with foods ranging from fine dining to grab and go.

Executive Chef and Culinary Producer for Restaurant: Impossible ( January 2013 – April 2015 )

Oversaw the culinary production for the hit Food Network restaurant renovation show featuring Chef Robert Irvine. Designed the menus and trained the staff of featured restaurants within a 24-hour time period to re-open in a newly renovated space with a new menu designed for profitability and improved guest satisfaction.

We cannot say enough positive things about Jared. Our food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was fabulous. We additionally had a traveller with Celiac disease and he was very attentive to making sure she was able to enjoy gluten free versions of everything. Jared and his assistant are talented and easy to be around. Highly, highly recommend!!!
