I’m a Detroit‑born private chef, sushi artist, and culinary educator who believes food should tell a story—one of culture, wellness, and imagination. My career spans high‑volume sushi bars, concept development, team leadership, and the launch of Sushi Lounge, which earned recognition from Eater Detroit as one of Fall 2025’s must‑visit new restaurants.

My craft blends various techniques, nutritional intention, and creative plating, shaped by training at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. I now bring that expertise into private homes, corporate events, curated dining experiences, and teaching environments where I help others build confidence and joy in the kitchen.
