I am classically trained in French, German and American Fusion cooking. I have extensive knowledge from my time in the United States Air Force cooking for leading Generals and even Vice President Biden now President Biden working with Susan Gage Catering. I’ve worked at the worlds oldest lodge in Upstate Pennsylvania called the Gateway Lodge as a Sous Chef. I love making beautiful food come alive at your table and next event!

I learned to cook at an early age while watching my family who were called The Gourmet group. They were a group of families who would get together.

I would say My secret is to use the freshest ingredients and to go to the markets in the morning to get quality products.

Chef Jeffrey was amazing. He was a blast to hang out with and his food was first class all around. Amazing meal and time overall. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Chef Jeffrey and Chef Turndot are an incredible team! They put on an AMAZING presentation for my fiance's birthday. Their fluidity working together, their ease and navigation of the kitchen and INCREDIBLE timing of serving each dish was exceptional. Jeffrey was super responsive and accommodating of our dinner choices. Our filet was cooked to absolute perfection which is a dish I've heard is hard to master! Our charcuterie board was beautifully displayed and delicious. Everything from appetizers to dessert were delicious! Both chefs were incredibly passionate and patient to ensure we had a memorable and exceptional experience. You could tell they both truly care about their craft and it showed! A huge thank you to you both your talents are incredible!

Chef Aaron was incredible. He brought along a second chef who recently won Philadelphia's best chef award. Our food was perfect from start to finish. Chef Aaron began his presentation with an explanation of each dish and welcomed any questions from our guests. Communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. Our guests had the best experience!!

Chef Jeffery create a menu for a vegetarian dinner to our specification. I'm not a vegetarian and every course was outstanding. Every loved the dinner. Service was great, kitchen was cleaned, and the experience was more than we expected. I would not hesitate to hire Chef Jeffery again.

Chef Jeffery was a great chef. He proposed his menu immediately upon request, and was very accommodating to meet the date we needed him to celebrate our special event.
