I am a professional chef with over 25 yeas of culinary experience working in AAA Four Diamond Golf Resorts and Country Clubs. I am a graduate of the American Culinary Apprenticeship Program. I have extensive experience working in resort hotels, upscale restaurants, country clubs, catering, and as a personal/private chef working in private homes and vacation rental lodges and cabins providing dinner party services.
