Chef Jesse Seldin

I am a professional chef, and have been in this industry for roughly 10 years. I received my culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America in 2016, and have been cooking at a higher level ever since. I spent about four years in Napa, California working for Michelin trained chefs, as well as a Top Chef, and celebrity chefs. I have most recently been employed at the Sun Valley Resort working for The Ram Restaurant as the executive chef. I am ready to strengthen my career and move forward in a more intimate setting and smaller groups or families. My love and passion for food runs deep, and I can’t wait to see what is in store for us!
