I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, trained at L’École Lenôtre in Paris and with experience in world-renowned kitchens including Paul Bocuse.
My career has been shaped by a strong foundation in French cuisine, combined with extensive experience in high-level restaurants across Peru and the United States. Over the years, I have also developed a deep understanding of Asian flavors and techniques, allowing me to create balanced, precise, and modern dishes.
Beyond cooking, I have a background in hospitality management, which allows me to design complete dining experiences — not just meals.
I have been recognized as a burger competition winner in both Peru and the United States, and have participated as chef in James Beard–related dining events.
Today, I focus on delivering elevated, restaurant-quality experiences in the comfort of my clients’ homes, combining technique, creativity, and attention to detail.
