I am Chef Khan, a personal chef from Seattle. Just recently moved to Washington DC and currently working at the Michelin-starred restaurant Roses Luxury. Dedicated to offering a luxury dining experience. With over a decade of experience in fine dining, I specialize in creating cohesive tasting menus that highlight hyper-seasonal ingredients. My expertise spans global cuisines, fermentation, and molecular gastronomy.

Having trained under Michelin-starred chefs and worked at some of the best restaurants in Seattle, I bring a high level of skill and creativity to every meal. I take pride in crafting unique menus for various events, including intimate dinners, corporate events, and special celebrations. My goal is to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience with exceptional flavor, creativity, and visual appeal.
