At the very beginning of my career, I began traveling throughout Europe, spending time in countries such as France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, and Sweden. I took every opportunity to work in local kitchens alongside regional chefs, learning directly from their traditions, techniques, and culinary cultures.
Throughout this journey, I have continuously expanded my sources of inspiration and refined my skills, applying everything I’ve learned to develop and strengthen my own personal brand identity as a chef.
