I am passionate about food, family and fun! I believe in cooking with love and every other emotion. I’m a father to a amazing little girl.

I am a chef with 14 yrs of experience in the food and beverage industry. I graduated culinary school from CFCC in 2011. After gaining experience working locally as a line cook for many establishments locally I made my way to Las Vegas where I worked under some of the best chefs in the world. I then returned to Nc. Where I have opened up a few restaurants and food truck with my fellow chef Danny. We own Smash-N- Dash the food truck and a location inside CFCC north campus. Me and chef Danny work together to bring quality and passion to every meal. My specialties are southern comfort and soul food. But can execute a wide verity of menus. Sexy food is what we do! Excellent chef, great quality service

Chef Kory was a pleasure to have in our home and kitchen. Communication prior to our meal was good and through. He was punctual and prepared. Had all his ingredients with him. All fresh and plentiful. He was engaging to talk to and share stories about is cooking background and the dishes he was preparing. The food was great. The menu tasty and filling. The dishes were well plated and presented well. He cleaned up prior to leaving. Having Chef Kory was a special experience and we loo forward to doing it again.
