Laissez-faire personality who takes pride in his work and craft to competive and obsessive degree.

I have been cooking professionally for 4 years now. My cooking style is Global Fusion with a base of Creole Soul Food. My signature dish is my Sweet Potato pie which is named after my grandma.

I believe that traditional is localized and ever changing. So I cook with only 1 guiding principle. Does It taste good to the people eating it.
