I started doing private cooking about 6 months ago with Leslie from Sublime Cuisine, Santa Monica. I have been in the food industry for now 6 years, learned at restaurants in France, and came to the US back in 2021, worked at birdie g’s and Rustic Canyon. I adapt very well and quickly and I’m very eager to learn and practice my skills.
