I have been a Chef for over 8 years, I am still learning I am still growing. Everyday is a opportunity to gain knowledge. I take my hobbie very serious. Tasting enchanting dishes with a few ingredients provided is my type of mind blown. It only takes a little to make me happy. The responsibilities help me challenge myself to do better. Maintaining equipment up to par, budgeting, food safety, sanitation and off course on time!
