Enthusiastic, attentive, customer oriented Chef, eager to provide memorable dining experiences.

I have held various positions in the industry, Executive Sous Chef at Atlantis Bahamas, Chef of MY Ballymena, Executive Chef of Jitters Coffee House, and Pink Pearl Restaurants in Bahamas. I have also traveled to London, South of France and Cape Town, South Africa cooking privately.

I enjoy cooking all types of foods, and especially enjoy delivering unforgettable ‘down home’, healthy comfort food.

I am 53 years old, was born here in The Bahamas and currently live here with my Culinary Institute of America Alum Son, and my two love able fur babies.
