As a chef I define myself as a person who wants to bring joy and comfort to every customer I come in contact with .
As a Culinarian I graduated from Delgado in New Orleans with an associate degree in the culinary arts. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 10 years and worked as a chef for 8 of them . I started my cooking career in New Orleans working at some of the best restaurants in the states. Wanting to learn more and be at my best I moved to Chicago to immerse myself in the food and culture.
