Driven culinary professional with a diploma from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and hands-on experience in high-end dining environments. I thrive in fast-paced kitchens, where precision, organization, and consistency are essential, and I am constantly refining my skills while exploring new techniques and culinary approaches.
My experience includes being part of the opening team at Qatar’s largest beach club during the FIFA World Cup, as well as working under Chef Michael Mina at Bourbon Steak, Four Seasons Washington, D.C. These roles allowed me to develop a strong foundation in fine dining standards, precision cooking, and seamless service execution within demanding, high-performance settings.
I am committed to continuous growth, embracing every opportunity to expand my knowledge and push my creative and technical limits. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to exceptional culinary experiences by combining discipline, adaptability, and a genuine passion for the craft.
