Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, my culinary roots trace back to my grandparents' kitchen, where the foundation of my passion was lovingly laid. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I served as a Food Service Specialist, carrying with me the values of honor, courage, and commitment both in service and in the kitchen.

After an honorable injury in the line of duty, I transitioned into the heart of Los Angeles' culinary scene, working alongside renowned chefs in prestigious kitchens, including Wolfgang Puck’s team at Netflix and Apple, Patina Catering at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, Disney Studios, NBC Universal, and more.

With every plate, I bring not just technical excellence but heartfelt joy driven by my unwavering love for cooking and a mission to create meaningful, memorable dining experiences through The Jackson Experience
