The details of the plate are very important to me.
I am Colorado based Personal Chef and graduate in the Paragon Culinary School program. I served in the Army as a medic and also did MMA for 12 years. After the Army I was a medic on an ambulance here in Colorado for 13 years. The next chapter for me is food. Cooking is peaceful to me and I am continually learning and evolving as a chef. I specialize in crafting customized menus that reflect your personal preferences, dietary restrictions and nutritional goals. I specialize in fine dining plated or casual fine dining family style Italian Cuisine / American Steakhouse Cuisines. It would be my pleasure to cook for you, your family and your friends.
