I’m a passionate and dedicated chef based in San Diego with nearly 20 years of experience. My cooking is inspired by the incredible bounty of Southern California’s farms, where I focus on creating thoughtfully prepared dishes that balance creativity, confidence, and respect for each ingredient.

Throughout my career, I’ve contributed to the growth of health-conscious cuisine along the coast by consulting for restaurants, cafés, and juice bars. I’m also deeply connected to the local community — whether through catering events, cooking classes, or collaborations with farmers’ markets, local vendors, and artisans.

Since the very first slice with a sharp chef’s knife, I’ve developed a profound appreciation for quality — from almonds to zucchini. This awareness drives me to source only the freshest, seasonal, sustainable, and organic ingredients. My goal is to offer every guest a truly honest dining experience while supporting the future of food and the people behind it.
